We offer store credit only. Exchanges are accepted within 2 weeks upon receipt of product. Exchanges must be unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and printed approval email from email@example.com. ALL SALES FINAL on custom, personalized, and one of kind pieces.
CLP accepts exchanges for items purchased directly from CLP Jewelry. If you have purchased your piece from a retailer, you must contact that retailer. If your jewels are defective, please send a detailed email and photograph of the jewelry to firstname.lastname@example.org for return instructions.
