  We have been running a new campaign in recent newsletters where we feature some of our favorite #clpladies. Jessica, my marketing guru, suggested this idea a while back and I am tickled she did. She reached out on social and then followed up with some of my favorite clients, many who have become my dearest friends. We always have a sense of what pieces are doing best in the line, but it's fun to see the results in black and white at year-end. In February I traveled to the Tucson Gem Show. It was my sixth year going and it continues to get better each time. I always leave feeling excited, inspired and centered. If the new year is the time when we look back on the highs and lows of the year in the rear view, the gem show marks for me the point where I get laser-focused on my goals for the year
