Exchange Policy

  We want you to love your jewels!

Exchanges for domestic purchases are accepted within 10 business days of original purchase date for web credit. All sales are final for international orders. Exchanges must be in original packaging, accompanied with copy of original receipt and in perfect condition. To exchange an item please email debbie@clpjewelry.com to request an RA#. We will not accept returns without an RA #.

 *All sales final on custom, personalized, one of kind pieces and international orders.

 *Kindly note: CLP accepts returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from clpjewelry.com. If you have purchased your piece from a retailer you must contact that retailer.

 * If your jewels are defective, please email debbie@clpjewelry.com for return instructions, we will assess; repair damages or credit purchase amount.
