Exchanges for domestic purchases are accepted within 2 weeks upon receipt of product. All sales are final for international orders. Exchanges must be in original packaging, accompanied with copy of original receipt and in perfect condition.

To exchange an item please email to request a return form. We will not accept returns without a return form.

  • All sales final on custom, personalized, one of kind pieces and international orders.
  • Kindly note: CLP accepts returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from If you have purchased your piece from a retailer you must contact that retailer.
  • If your jewels are defective, please email for return instructions, we will assess and repair damages.
